Our client was injured in a head-on collision with a commercial van that occurred just outside of Lincoln, Nebraska. There were multiple injured parties, limited insurance coverage, and liability was disputed. Our client was hospitalized with multiple fractures, including a closed fracture of his left tibia and fibula. He also sustained fractured ribs, lacerations to his right eye, left finger and left knee, a pulmonary contusion, and a small collapsed lung.

Immediate coordination with emergency medical providers, early retention of an accident reconstructionist, and preservation of the 911 audio allowed us to conclusively demonstrate that our client was not at fault for the crash.

Our client’s recovery included a global policy limits settlement from the liability insurance carrier for the commercial van, a policy limits settlement from the at-fault driver’s personal auto policy, and a policy limits settlement from the available underinsured motorist coverage.
