Jill Conway brings two decades of experience in law and leadership to her role as Managing Attorney.

Her career is built upon a strong foundation of both legal expertise and a deep commitment to community engagement. Graduating with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Jill practiced in civil litigation, handling cases in workers’ compensation, premises liability, and car accidents. Her legal experience was extended when she served as an adjunct professor at local colleges.

Beyond the courtroom, Jill is deeply invested in the Omaha community. She served as Assistant Executive Director at a nonprofit supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as Executive Director of a nonprofit providing food support, health services, and collaborative partnerships. Her dedication to service is further evident through her active involvement in her local community club and other nonprofit organizations such as the Girl Scouts and Breakthrough T1D.

Outside of her professional and community endeavors, Jill cherishes spending time with her husband and three daughters and enjoys cooking, baking, and gardening.
