Sean’s beginnings as a public defender helped shape him into the lawyer he is today. His years of experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the law have helped lessen, or eliminate, the charges for many of his clients charged with major felonies, drug trafficking and conspiracy charges, driving under the influence (DUI), and various other criminal charges.

In civil cases, Sean specializes in cases involving motor vehicle accidents and work injuries. Sean has had great success helping individuals who have been injured in an accident, including significant judgments at trial in state court for the victims of car and work accidents, as well as significant settlement awards. Sean utilizes his skill at negotiating with insurance companies to aid his clients in arriving at a number that can help them to rebuild their lives.

Sean serves the community in a number of ways, including as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Commission and a member of the Westside Community Schools Bond Oversight Committee.
